Lectures
The lectures are created with Apple's Keynote program. This was chosen because it gives very high quality (vector-graphics type) output. The lectures are also provided as pdf and PowerPoint but the former cannot be modified easily and the latter look somewhat inferior.
1.lecture 1 (bonding in solids) as keynote, pdf and powerpoint.
2.lecture 2 (crystals) as keynote, pdf and powerpoint.
3.lecture 3 (mechanical properties) as keynote, pdf and powerpoint.
4.lecture 4 (thermal properties) as keynote, pdf and powerpoint.
5.lecture 5 (metals, classical) as keynote, pdf and powerpoint.
6.lecture 6 (metals, quantum) as keynote, pdf and powerpoint.
7.lecture 7 (semiconductors) as keynote, pdf and powerpoint.
8.lecture 8 (magnetism) as keynote, pdf and powerpoint.
9.lecture 9 (dielectrics) as keynote, pdf and powerpoint.
10. lecture 10 (superconductivity) as keynote, pdf and powerpoint.
11. lecture 11 (nano) as keynote, pdf and powerpoint.
In addition to these basic lectures, here are some very short collections of slides on optional subjects.
1. Measuring the interatomic potential by dynamic AFM as keynote, pdf and powerpoint.
2. Direct measurement of electric currents in k-space as keynote, pdf and powerpoint.
